We hereby pay homage to our first leaders Walt, Jerry and Spud who back in 1988 organized "Pinathon" in Roseville, CA.
Pin-a-Go-Go was born as a new show, spun off of the Pinathon show in Roseville. When that show ceased operation, Don and Ellen picked up the torch in 1997 and started operations in a new location, and renamed it Pin-a-go-go. Don and Ellen ran the show (with much help from Mark Zahner and Richard Conger) through the early years. By 2008, Don asked a new team to run the show. Dave Buchanan, Matt Christiano, Martin Reynolds, Steve Charland, Cliffy and Rick Bartlett did so, running it for four years, through the recession starting in 2008 and through 2011. Steve Faith, Brad Grant and Greg Ong then took over running the show for the next six years, until ultimately deciding to establish a new show in Lodi, CA.
Starting in October 2018, Don, Ellen, Mark, Dave and Matt brought back the smaller, friendlier PAGG at the only facility that has ever hosted it -- Dixon's Mayfair. PAGG is back to it's roots!
So, mark your calendars, prepare to have a great time playing pinball and supporting charities, and join us in October 2023 for the 27th annual Pin-A-Go-Go in Dixon - the longest running pinball show west of the Mississippi.
